How do I get an account?

Access the signup form by clicking on the Sign Up button on this page or by entering the web address https://beta.essentia.ai/template/signup.php into your browser.

Can't find the verification email?

If you can't find the account verification email, first look in your Spam or Junk Folder. If you still don't see it, click on the "Send a new code" link from the confirmation page. If you are still having issues, you can email us at essentia@auriq.com.

Can't see the navigation menu?

If you are accessing from a mobile device/tablet or your browser window is set very small, then the navigation menu will be minimized. To access the menu, click on the three line icon next to the page title (e.g. Files and Folders) and it will extend the navigation menu into view.

Can't open uploaded files?

If you've just uploaded your files, you need to wait until the processing status bar is showing 3/4 full green for the file you want to open. If the status bar is yellow, then there was a problem processing the file or it might be an unsupported file type.

AI Chat can't seem to answer questions from document pages?

First make sure that the files that the pages come from are showing 100% full green status bars in the Files and Folders list. This means that the file has been fully processed by OCR and AI database.
